  Great store and amazing Customer Service!!! In May I took part in an event cycling from Cardiff to Tenby managing to forget my cycling shoes and cleats. Starting the race in my trainers I stopped off on route at Halfords who were amazingly helpful and quick to sort me out with new kit for the event and I was back on the road in no time. They even price matched the purchases to online prices which was a lovely touch. Not having anywhere to carry my now not needed trainers I had to leave them at the shop. On arriving back in London I called the store was greeted by a lovely Kelly Vanner on the phone who took on the case of sending my shoes back to me in London with no sign of inconvenience whatsoever. Thanks you so much to Kelly and her team for helping me complete the race and reuniting me with my trainers :)
